White students at a basketball game last night, in Des Moines, Iowa, started chanting "Trump, Trump, Trump!"  when a team of black kicks came onto the court.

No, Apple should NOT develop a software "key" to unlock their I-phones. I'm tired of Big Brother and their "1984"-ish "War On Terror"!

How do you feel about Apple's refusal to develop a software "key" to allow back-door access to every I-phone?

Personally,  I'm fed up with giving up my freedoms in exchange for "safety".  This whole "war on terror" is WAY too reminiscent of Big Brother and "1984".

The way I look at it:  the terrorists win when we start living our lives differently, start living in fear.  The silliness we go through at airports is absurd:  Earth to TSA, "Just don't let crazy looking Arabs carrying box-cutters onto the friggin' airplane!!"  Besides, that tactic ended within an hour on 911, when the passengers figured out the strategy and rallied against the hijackers on Flight 93.  Instead, we all have to take off our shoes and get radiated.

Senate obstructionists are not only defying the Constitution, they are defying the WILL OF GOD!!!

Within an hour after news that Scalia died Mitch McConnell-- the DC Hillbilly-- proclaimed that he would NOT EVEN CONSIDER ANYONE President Obama nominated.

So gobbledy-goob, the Senator for the KKK, put an exclamation mark on his career of obstructing the black man in the Whitehouse. Remember, this is the same puddle of mud who said his job was to insure that Obama "--is a one term President." Ohio Senator Rob Portman quickly got on board with this.

Mind you, these are the same scum bags who say how much they LOVE the Constitution. They expect the US to go a FULL YEAR with only 8 people on the SCOTUS. John Adams was able to appoint a SCOTUS judge ONE WEEK before leaving office.

I say it was God's will that Scalia was struck down. He was an EVIL creature! So, these good ole boys are not only opposing the Constitution, they are opposing God's will. Woe be unto them.

A Republican victory in November holds the very real possibility of an American fascist State.

I want to support the idealism of all the young folks who think they have the electoral muscle to push Bernie Sanders to victory in  November, but the numbers have, so far, not materialized.

In the Iowa and Maine caucus/primary Republican turnout was at record levels.  Democratic turnout was lower than it was in 2008.  Once again, the Demos like to talk, the right wing nut jobs actually turn out.

A Republican president, with a Republican Congress, will throw out Obama care, will roll back women's rights to the Dark Ages, and will hand over what remains of our economy to the corporations and robber barons.

And they won't stop there.  Now that the Koch Bros. have used their money to seize control of 3/4 of the State Houses and State Congresses, the Republicans have all they need to push through Constitutional Amendments, to even stage a Constitutional Convention.  We face the very real possibility that the right wing can impose a fascist state upon us.

Now is not the time to get snitty, or to stay home in November because your candidate did not come out on top.  I'm going to vote for whichever of these fine people get the nomination.  Our democratic republic hangs in the balance.
